2021 marks the fourth full year of operations for EUROCLIMA +, the EU's flagship Climate Change Program with Latin America.
This year's EUROCLIMA + Annual Meeting, scheduled for September and October 2021, comes at a crucial time: record heat waves and severe flooding in many parts of the world have raised public awareness of climate change to unprecedented levels.
